[Ambaradan] Learner's dictionary

Just a short info for all: I talked with some people, we looked quite
closely at things and so we decided to change the name of the Children's
dictionary into Learner's dictionary. The reason is simple: normally
whatever is included in a Children's dictionary is also in a Learner's
dictionary.

Therefore who has been working on the tag children's dictionary in
Ambaraloader now has a different link to find words to work on:

Having more than 500 seeds the page takes some time to load, depending
on the internet connection. Therefore I would advise to open the
sublinks on this page, once it is loaded, always with a rightclick
opening the page to view and add to the entry in a new page.
