Script to create bilingual tab delimited terminology files from multilingual table

So I have a table with entries for 20 languages approx. and another one with many more languages. I suppose the script already exixts.

What is needed is say:

read in column A and column B in file <something.csv>

add to file <something.txt>

skip if field A or B in line are empty and go ahead with next line

stop at eof <something.csv>

[OFWB] Mailing list for the Dictionary

Good morning to all :-)
Well right now we are just a hand full of people caring about the
dictionary and we need to communicate every now and then. It makes
perfect sense that all of us know what the other is working on and
therefore I am using our vh@eng.i-iter.mobi list so that news can reach
all of you.
Some notes about what I am doing right now:
At this stage I am adding a plant list with the Latin names. It's about
wild plants which on one hand can be possibilities to diversify the
